Sandblasting, Painting and Staining Services...
We offer a wide range of sandblasting services with multiple media types available depending on the project at hand. Media blasting is the best option to remove old failed stain or discoloring of the wood. We also offer full painting and staining services for interior and exterior where we use only the best products available so your home stays looking fabulous for many years to come.
Log Replacement & Repair...
Log or wood homes involve a lot of maintenance and often times get neglected over the years. Sometimes this neglect was from the former owner and or possibly hidden. Solid stains or paint will cover up trouble areas and when they are discovered it is often needing extensive repairs. We offer a full inspection when we look at your home and identify any problem areas, we will then give you a full report along with an estimate of the work needed.
Full Caulking & Chinking Services...
We offer various caulking & chinking services including interior & exterior. We offer this for new construction and restoration applications. There are a lot of different products available for this but you can rest assured that we only use the best that way the finished product lasts.
Maintenance programs...
Once your home is restored back to its original glory you want to keep it that way. Here at JSM we believe strongly in maintenance being the key so we offer several options to fit your needs and budget. We offer annual or bi-annual plans with many different services. Several payment options available including monthly, quarterly or annually. This is a very affordable insurance plan moving forward to keep your home in top condition.
The logs need to be cleaned once a year and looked over by a true professional to inspect for any changes from cracks/checks etc. Logs naturally move all the time and that is why it is crucial to address any new areas of concern right away so they don't turn into costly repairs in the future.
